리드믹루틴(Rhythmic Routine) 개인정보 처리방침

리드믹루틴은 개인정보를 수집하지 않으며 운영사 서버로 어떤 데이터도 보내지 않습니다. 루틴과 기록은 사용자의 iPhone에 저장되고, iCloud에 로그인되어 있으면 사용자 본인의 개인 iCloud에만 동기화됩니다.

1. 한 문장 요약과 적용 범위

리드믹루틴(이하 "앱")은 개인정보를 수집하지 않으며, 운영사나 제3자의 서버로 어떤 데이터도 보내지 않습니다. 앱에서 만든 데이터는 사용자의 iPhone에 저장되고, iCloud를 사용하는 경우 사용자 본인의 Apple 계정에 연결된 개인 iCloud 저장 공간에만 저장됩니다.

본 방침은 리드믹루틴 1.1.0 이상과 이전 버전(1.0.x)에 모두 적용됩니다. 1.0.x는 iCloud 동기화와 캘린더 일정 추가 기능이 없으며 데이터를 기기에만 저장합니다.

2. 수집하지 않는 정보

앱은 다음 정보를 일체 수집하지 않습니다:

  • 이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등 식별 정보
  • 광고 식별자(IDFA), 디바이스 식별자
  • 위치 정보
  • 사용 분석 데이터, 크래시 리포트
  • 결제 정보

회원가입이나 로그인이 없으며, 운영사는 사용자의 루틴과 기록을 열람하거나 보관하지 않습니다.

3. 앱에 저장되는 데이터

사용자가 앱에서 만드는 루틴, 주간 배치, 완료 기록, 비워둔 시간과 메모, 설정은 사용자의 iPhone 안 앱 전용 저장 공간에 저장됩니다. 이 데이터는 아래 3-1의 개인 iCloud 동기화 외에는 기기를 벗어나지 않습니다.

3-1. 개인 iCloud 동기화 (1.1.0 이상)

  • iPhone에서 iCloud에 로그인되어 있으면 루틴, 주간 배치, 완료 기록, 비워둔 시간과 메모가 사용자 본인 Apple 계정의 개인 CloudKit 데이터베이스(iCloud.com.ridmic.routine)에 저장되어, 같은 Apple 계정을 쓰는 기기 사이에서 함께 보입니다. 삭제도 다른 기기에 반영됩니다.
  • 주의 기준 요일 설정은 iCloud 키-값 저장소로 기기 사이에 맞춰집니다. 알림 설정, 보드 표시 설정, 일정을 저장할 캘린더 선택은 기기마다 따로 저장되며 동기화하지 않습니다.
  • 데이터는 Apple의 iCloud에 저장되며, 고요의 자체 서버나 공개 데이터베이스로 전송되지 않습니다. 운영사는 개발자 관리 화면에서도 사용자의 개인 CloudKit 기록을 열람할 수 없습니다. 저장과 전송에는 Apple의 개인정보처리방침과 서비스 조건이 적용됩니다.
  • 다른 기기의 변경을 알리기 위해 Apple 푸시 알림 서비스가 내용 없는 신호를 보낼 수 있습니다. 이 신호에는 루틴이나 기록이 담기지 않습니다.
  • iCloud에 로그인하지 않았거나 iPhone 설정에서 이 앱의 iCloud 사용을 끈 경우, 데이터는 기기에만 저장됩니다.

4. 기기 접근 권한

앱은 기능 제공을 위해 다음 권한을 요청할 수 있으며, 모두 선택 사항이고 거부해도 루틴 배치와 보드 등 핵심 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.

  • 캘린더(읽기·쓰기): iPhone 캘린더의 일정을 보드에 루틴과 함께 표시하고, 배치할 때 겹치는 일정을 알려주기 위해 읽습니다. 사용자가 앱에서 직접 일정을 추가하면 사용자가 선택한 iPhone 캘린더에 저장합니다. 캘린더 일정은 앱의 저장 공간이나 iCloud 동기화 데이터에 복사하지 않으며, 일정의 저장과 동기화는 해당 캘린더 계정(iCloud, Google 등)과 iOS가 관리합니다. 앱은 일정 정보를 운영사나 제3자에게 보내지 않습니다.
  • 알림: 루틴 시작 시각과 다음 주 준비 시각을 알려주는 로컬 알림에만 사용합니다. 알림은 기기 안에서 예약되며 서버에서 보내는 알림이 아닙니다.

권한은 iOS 설정 앱 > 리드믹루틴에서 언제든 변경할 수 있습니다.

5. 데이터 내보내기와 문의 메일

  • 사용자가 직접 "데이터 내보내기"를 실행하면 루틴과 주간 계획이 JSON 파일로 만들어지며, 저장 위치(파일 앱, iCloud Drive 등)는 사용자가 선택합니다. 앱은 이 파일을 어디에도 자동 전송하지 않습니다.
  • 설정 → 문의하기를 누르면 iOS 메일 앱이 열립니다. 사용자가 직접 보낸 경우에만 hello@goyoh.kr로 전달되며, 문의 메일은 답변을 위해서만 사용합니다.

6. 제3자 SDK / 광고 / 분석

앱은 광고 SDK, 사용 분석 SDK, 크래시 리포팅 SDK, 트래킹 기술을 사용하지 않습니다. iOS의 Privacy Manifest 파일(PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy)은 다음과 같이 선언되어 있습니다:

  • NSPrivacyTracking: false (트래킹하지 않음)
  • NSPrivacyCollectedDataTypes: 없음
  • NSPrivacyAccessedAPITypes: UserDefaults (앱 설정 저장에만 사용)

7. 데이터 보관 및 삭제

  • iPhone에 저장된 데이터: 앱을 삭제하면 기기에서 함께 삭제됩니다.
  • 개인 iCloud에 동기화된 데이터: 앱을 삭제해도 iCloud에는 남아 있으며, 다시 설치하거나 다른 기기에서 열면 돌아옵니다. 완전히 지우려면 iPhone 설정 → [사용자 이름] → iCloud → 저장 공간 관리에서 리드믹루틴을 골라 데이터를 삭제하세요.
  • 운영사는 사용자 데이터를 보관하지 않으므로, 운영사 측 삭제 절차는 별도로 존재하지 않습니다.

8. 어린이 개인정보

앱은 어린이를 포함한 누구로부터도 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 사용자의 경우 보호자의 지도 아래 사용하시기를 권장합니다.

9. 본 방침의 변경

본 방침이 변경되면 이 페이지에 게시하고 상단의 "최종 업데이트" 날짜를 갱신합니다.

Rhythmic Routine ("the App") collects no personal data and sends no data to the developer's or any third party's servers. Your data is stored on your iPhone and, when you are signed in to iCloud, only in your own private iCloud storage.

1. Scope

This policy applies to version 1.1.0 and later as well as earlier versions (1.0.x). Version 1.0.x has no iCloud sync or calendar event creation and stores data only on the device.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

The App collects no identifying information, advertising or device identifiers, location, usage analytics, crash reports, or payment information. There is no account or sign-in, and the developer cannot view or keep your routines or records.

3. Data Stored by the App

Routines, weekly placements, completion records, held time and notes, and settings are stored in the App's storage on your iPhone. They leave the device only through private iCloud sync below.

  • Private iCloud sync (1.1.0 and later): When you are signed in to iCloud, routines, weekly placements, completion records, and held time with notes are stored in the private CloudKit database (iCloud.com.ridmic.routine) of your own Apple Account and appear on your devices using the same account. Deletions also sync.
  • Your week start setting syncs through iCloud key-value storage. Notification settings, board display settings, and the calendar chosen for new events stay on each device.
  • Data is stored in Apple's iCloud, never on GOYOH's servers or a public database. The developer cannot view your private CloudKit records, even from the developer console. Apple's privacy policy and terms apply.
  • Apple Push Notification service may send a content-free signal to notify other devices of changes. It contains no routines or records.
  • If you are not signed in to iCloud, or turn off iCloud for the App in iPhone Settings, data stays on the device only.

4. Device Permissions

All permissions are optional; core features work if you decline.

  • Calendar (read and write): The App reads your iPhone calendar events to show them on the board alongside routines and to flag overlaps when placing routines. When you add an event in the App, it is saved to the iPhone calendar you choose. Calendar events are not copied into the App's storage or its iCloud sync data; storing and syncing events is handled by iOS and the calendar account (iCloud, Google, etc.). The App never sends event data to the developer or third parties.
  • Notifications: Used only for local notifications for routine start times and next-week planning. They are scheduled on-device, not sent from a server.

You can change permissions anytime in iOS Settings > Rhythmic Routine.

5. Data Export and Contact Email

"Export data" creates a JSON file saved where you choose; the App never uploads it automatically. Settings → Contact opens the Mail app, and a message reaches hello@goyoh.kr only if you send it. Emails are used only to reply.

6. Third-Party SDKs, Ads, Analytics

The App uses no advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs. Its Privacy Manifest declares NSPrivacyTracking false, no collected data types, and UserDefaults access for app settings only.

7. Retention and Deletion

Deleting the App removes data on the device. Data synced to your private iCloud remains and returns when you reinstall or open the App on another device; to erase it, go to iPhone Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage, choose Rhythmic Routine, and delete its data. The developer keeps no user data, so there is no developer-side deletion process.

8. Children's Privacy

The App collects no personal data from anyone, including children.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
